Software (as defined herein), Services (as defined herein) and/or Materials (as
defined herein) from this Site you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms.

BS-Teknik Software may provide you with access to
a variety of resources, materials and downloads. The Services, including any
updates and enhancements, are subject to the Terms.
Use of Software
Any software or related materials that are made from
this App or otherwise provided to you ("Software") is the copyrighted
work of BS-Teknik. are and/or its licensors (if any). You may be required to
register as a BS-teknik subscriber in order to use service in the
Software. Furthermore, your right to download and/or use the Software will be
subject to these Terms and the terms and conditions of the applicable end user
license agreement ("BS-Teknik License Agreement"), if
any, which accompanies or is included with the Software. Any use, reproduction
or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with these Terms or such
BS-Teknik Software License Agreement is prohibited.
Use of Materials
Any information or materials that are made available
to use from this Site or otherwise provided to you ("Materials") is
the copyrighted work of BS-Teknik Software and/or its licensors (if
any). Any use, reproduction or redistribution of the Materials not
in accordance with these Terms is prohibited.
Unless otherwise specified in the Terms and/or the BS-Teknik Software
License Agreement, the Services and Materials are for your personal and
non-commercial use.
You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit,
display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from,
transfer, or sell any information, products or services obtained from the
Services or Materials. If you breach any of these Terms, your authorization to
use this Site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any
materials in your possession obtained from the Site (including Materials
requested pursuant to the Site and sent by BS-Teknik Software via email or
post).
Updates and/or Changes to the
Site
The Services and/or Materials may contain technical
inaccuracies or typographical errors. Unless otherwise specified in the Terms
and/or the BS-Teknik Software License Agreement, the Services, Software
and/or Materials may be updated, modified or deleted at any time without
notice. When there are an update available you should as fast as
possible update the APP
In App Purchase
1) For
only $1.49 a year you can use the service backup and use your data on different
devices
2) Automatic
renew of subscription until you cancel the subscription
3) Can
be used on all your devices
4) Payment
will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
5) Subscription
automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the
end of the current period
6) Account
will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period,
and identify the cost of the renewal
7) Subscription
may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the
user´s Account Settings after purchase
8) Any
unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the
user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
